Michael Oykhman is senior lawyer and founder of Strategic Criminal Defence, a full-service criminal defence law office, with central law offices across Western Canada and Ontario.
His personal professional experience consists of countless court appearances and thousands of successful defences and satisfied clients. In his legal career, he has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, including at the Supreme Court of Canada. He is also licensed to practice law in British Columbia and Saskatchewan.

Calin Yablonski is the Chief Marketing Officer at Strategic Criminal Defence.
With over a decade of experience in legal marketing, operations, and content development, Calin leads the firm’s educational initiatives and online resource strategy.
