I am the founding partner of Strategic Criminal Defence’s Toronto office, practicing exclusively in criminal law with a focus on Charter litigation. I have defended clients across Ontario and have built a reputation as a creative and tenacious advocate. My work has been featured in major media for precedent-setting cases involving police misconduct, body-worn cameras, and government overreach during the pandemic.
I hold an HBA from the University of Toronto and a JD from the University of Calgary, where I was Trial Coordinator for Student Legal Assistance and a top-ranked participant in the Gale Cup. I continue to represent clients facing all criminal charges, including DUI, domestic violence, sexual assault, property, and drug offences.
