On April 1st 2021 I was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon and dangerous driving. I was immediately scared of losing my job and everything I had worked for (job doesn’t employ people with a criminal record) that I thought about suicide as a way out incase the worst case scenario happened. I searched across the city for several different lawyers that could defend me. Lots of lawyers were willing but we’re unwilling to work with a payment plan of more than 2 weeks between payments until I met Moira McAvoy. She was an incredible lawyer and helped through every phase of the process from start to end. She was discreet, helpful, respectful of my circumstances and personal choices. Answered all my questions and was always available to phone if I had any questions even after the court proceedings had finished. I ended up getting 18 months probation with monthly reportings to a P.O. through the app. I was allowed to keep my job and continue to live a normal life. I owe her everything and couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with this firm. To anyone reading this, I know life may seem hard during your time but you won’t regret your decision to go with this firm. Thank you, Moira so much for everything.

It took some time due to covid but ended with results that were above and beyond whatI expected. All charges were dropped in the end and no criminal record was received on my end.
